I’m Kari Brunson Wright—an ICF certified psycho-spiritual leadership coach, entrepreneur, and someone who has walked the path of reinvention many times.
I’ve navigated the edges of burnout, identity shifts, and the realization that external success doesn’t always equal inner fulfillment. These thresholds brought me here—to work that integrates leadership, career evolution, somatic and emotional healing, and spiritual alignment.

Beyond my work as a coach, I’m a lifelong entrepreneur, creative, and someone deeply committed to my own inner growth. My life is shaped by a passion for embodiment, nervous system healing, and spiritual practice.
I believe in creating work, leadership, and lives that are regenerative—not depleting. I believe in honoring the full spectrum of what it means to be human: the intellect, the emotions, the body, and the soul.
And I believe that when we lead from a place of inner alignment, everything changes.
