The Business Tune-Up is an 8-week group coaching program designed to help you realign, reset, and create a business that supports your whole self — not just your bottom line.

Each week, we’ll explore both the practical and the inner work of business. You’ll walk away with clarity, tools, and accountability to make meaningful changes in your leadership and daily operations.

This blend of inner and outer work helps you make real, lasting shifts — not just in how you run your business, but in how you experience it.

How It Works

We’ll meet weekly for 90 minutes on Zoom from January 13th through March 3. Each session blends community, individual coaching, and actionable tools you can bring directly into your business.

A typical session flow:
• 5:00–5:15 — Check-in and reflection
• 5:15–6:10 — Live coaching with two participants for about 25 min each (everyone learns from each other)
• 6:10–6:30 — A practical tool or practice to integrate during the upcoming week

Between sessions, you’ll have access to a private online space to connect, share wins, and stay accountable.
