We will make:
Arugula Pistachio Pesto Risotto with Herby Meatballs
and a Butter Lettuce Salad with Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
You will learn:
How to make any kind of meatball
How to make risotto that isn’t clumpy
How to make delicious vinaigrette
How to make any kind of pesto
Methods vs. Recipes
We will also talk about cooking techniques, nourishment, and make dinner together*
*This meal can be made fully vegetarian or vegan - please email me for those.
An ingredient list will be sent after you sign up, and a recipes will be provided the day of the class.
This is a digital offering, and a place to learn and cook together. Think of it as a private cooking class, with me as your cooking coach.
